Sunset Homes Property Management, LLC was formed in 2010 by Jack Pruet and Matt Meyer under the simple premise:  Provide quality short-term furnished housing  to our guests utilizing a personal touch and an affordable price. 

Unlike many property management companies, we lease only what we own, so we have your interests in alignment with ours.  Creating a unique, comfortable place to stay catering to the needs of our guests.

Whether you need a furnished place to stay for a month or a year, we have uniquely designed and equipped properties located in the heart of the Denver Technological Center. 

All of our suites are fully furnished with luxury linens, flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom, housewares, updated appliances, washers and dryers and our pricing is all inclusive of utilities, cable and wi-fi and are professionally decorated, with no two units alike. 

All of our 1 bedroom studios are furnished with luxury linens, flat screen TV, an oversize mini-fridge, microware and basic dinner ware.  Like our suites, our pricing is inclusive of all utilities, cable and Wi-fi.

There are no hidden fees or charges as we like to keep it simple for our guests.

Our typical guests include those between homes, traveling nurses, business people on temporary assignment, commuters who make their home in another city, visiting Denver due to medical necessity and vacationers in the Denver area on extended vacations.
